When should I plan your arrival around my guests?

The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to set up and start your party at the designated start time, typically 30 minutes ahead of the event. We suggest that you tell your guests that the party starts one hour or half an hour before our arrival – that way, they eat first, and they all see the grand arrival of our video game theater!

How do I book a party?

Should I be concerned about the type of games?

If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival, and they will ensure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, they will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and ensure that everyone is having the time of their lives!

Can I request games?

We always bring the entire game library to every event, and your game coach will listen to your suggestions and make recommendations to ensure your event’s success. Please email or call us if you want “M” rated games.

Are there location restrictions?

The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Mobile Theater to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is long, and we will need a minimum of 45 feet of space to park. We recommend contacting your local church or recreation center if you do not have enough space. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players, or other guests upon arrival, Elite Mobile will request an alternative location be provided. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the truck and trailer to maneuver into the driveway. Please contact us so we can evaluate the area,

Does there need to be an adult present?

An adult must be present at all times. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in ensuring their party is the party of the year!

 

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Our reservations go quickly. We require a 200.00 deposit to hold your booking, and the balance must be paid 3 weeks before your event. Otherwise, your date and time are still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception, and we can discuss options.

How will the kids know what to do?

That’s why we bring our game coach! They help the kids along, inspire them, and instruct them. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

What happens if there is bad weather?

We come rain or shine, in temps below freezing or over 100 degrees – we are climate-controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.

Are there extra charges for additional guests?

Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!

What is your food and drinks policy?

Elite Mobile does not allow food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside the trailer before entering.

Are your rentals cleaned?

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to ensuring your children play in a clean, well-maintained, and safe area. After each rental, every unit is disinfected and sanitized. We do not allow any food or drinks into the trailer.
